Parenting Support Program

To Our Families

Dear Families,

We are thankful for your patience and understanding about the change from personal visits in your home to video and telephone visits because of the Covid 19 virus. We know that as parents, you have concerns, so please call your home visitor. She is ready to talk with you about any questions or concerns you may have about your family’s support.

We are still here for you!

A message from the Parenting Support Program Team:
We understand the concern our community is having over the COVID-19 virus and response. Our program remains open with some important changes.  We will continue to enroll and support families by phone, videoconferencing and other means of communication that parents find acceptable within the parameters of social distancing.

If you have questions about the program, please email us.

Please continue to follow the recommended guidelines by DC Health and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Our Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development has also compiled resources that may be helpful.
